Contract Grant of installing fixed fire extinguishing system in Badam Bagh reservoir

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant project of installing a fixed fire extinguishing system in Badam Bagh reservoir contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/W-030) TIN number to Zarin Hewad Construction and Logistic Services Company holding license No. (66149) located on Sarak-e-Chahal Metra, Maidan Qala-e-Chaman, Kabul in exchange for a total amount of 2655290 (two million, six hundred and fifty-five thousand and two hundred and ninety Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
