Contract Grant of purchasing electronic equipment

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant project of purchasing electronic equipment (preparing and installing solar system) contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/G-025-2) TIN number to Saber Jabarkhail Construction and Commercial Company holding license No. (64442) located in United Tower, room #2, Center of Khost province, in exchange for a total amount of 7865570 (seven million, eight hundred and sixty-five thousand and five hundred and seventy Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
