It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant construction of the administrative building of the Oil and Gas General Management, New Reservoir No. 2, Kabul Bank, Hairatan Directorate-Balk with AOGC/NCB/1403/W-034 TIN number to Momin Shamal Constraction Company holding license No. (1834) located in Faryab Plaza, 1^st District, center of Faryab in exchange for a total amount of 6,191,780-six million, one hundred and ninety-on thousand and seven hundred and eighty Afghani.

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
