Project of purchasing 10 types of construction materials for maintenance and preservation of establishments

Contract Grant

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant the project of purchasing 10 types of construction materials with AOGC/NCB/1403/G-022 TIN number to Miar-e-Balan Engineering and Constraction Company holding license No. (87169) located in Shahrak-e-Safa, 17^th District, Khairkhana Kotal-Kabul in exchange for a total minimum amount of 972815—nine hundred seventy-two thousand and eight hundred and fifteen Afghani and a total maximum amount of 1,221,100—one million, two hundred and twenty-one thousand and one hundred Afghani.

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
