The project of transferring oil from Torghondi Port to Kandahar, Zabul and Orzgan provinces

Herat Oil and Gas Directorate invites all qualified applicants to participate in the bidding processes of the project of transferring 400 to 420 tones diesel oil and 60-70 tons of petrol oil from Torghondi Port to Kandahar province, 35-45 tones diesel oil and 33-43 tones petrol oil to Zabul province, and 45-55 tones diesel oil and 40-50 tones petrol oil from Torghondi Port to Orzgan province under framing contract with TIN number AOGC/NCB/HRT/1403/NCS-00065; a contract or condition form can be obtained in hard copy from the procurement management of Herat state-owned Oil and Gas Directorate within official hours.

According to the terms and conditions of the contract and law and procurement procedures, individuals and companies can submit their closed offers on Wednesday, 12/02/2025, to the procurement management of Herat oil and gas directorate located behind 56 Central Pump Station-Herat.

It is pertinent to mention that the offers opening session will be held at 2:00 pm in the conference hall of the Herat Oil and Gas Directorate. Also, untimely and online offers are not acceptable or considered.
