Herat Oil and Gas Directorate holds a written test of 20 vacant positions

The written test for vacant positions of Herat Oil and Gas Directorate was held with participation of a large number of qualified individuals at Herat Directorate.

According to the Human Resources Department of Herat Oil and Gas Directorate, 20 vacant positions in financial, commercial, operational and administration fields were put up for free competition over six days on 14-19/01/2025, in which 678 candidates participated and the written test was held under close supervision and transparently. The main objective of this process was to encourage educated youth to work, create job opportunities, and attract qualified and specialized personnel.

It should be noted that by putting vacant positions up for open competition, the Afghanistan Oil and Gas corporation (AOGC) is committed to attracting educated and qualified individuals amongst the candidates and considers the process a step towards improving the quality of the country's human resources department.
