Contract Grant Decision Declaration

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant a deep well drilling in Badam Bagh Reservoir Management-Kabul project contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/W-044) TIN number to Omaid Firozkoh Constraction Company holding license No. (36616)

located in opposite the Pamir Hotel, Dawlatyar Station, center of Ghor province in exchange of 1936300 (one million, nine hundred thirty-seven thousand and three hundred Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law. This proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
