Contract Grant Decision Declaration

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant purchasing spare parts for high-tonnage vehicles of the main office project contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/G/013) TIN number to Shiraz Hayati Logistic Services Company holding license No. 43051, located in Khairkhana Kotel, Pump Station Street, 11^th District, Kabul, in exchange for a minimum amount of 12822340, twelve million, eight hundred and twenty-two thousand, and three hundred and forty Afghani, and a maximum amount of 22918037, twenty-two million, nine hundred and eighteen thousand, and thirty-seven Afghani.

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
