Contract Grant of purchasing electronic equipment

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant a purchasing electronic equipment contract with AOGC/NCB/1403/G-025-1 TIN number to Oqaban-e-Falak Logistic and Construction Company holding license No. (62504) located in 5^th Street of Taimany Project-Kabul in exchange of total amount of 12645730—twelve million, six hundred and forty-five thousand, seven hundred and thirty Afghani.

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
