Contract Grant of purchasing spare parts for oil tanker vehicles

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant purchasing spare parts for oil tanker vehicles with AOGC/NCB/1403/G-019 TIN number to Shiraz Hayati Logistic Services Company holding license No. (D-43051) located on Khairkhana Kotel-Kabul in exchange for a total amount of 3272251—three million, two hundred and seventy-two thousand, two hundred and fifty-one Afghani.

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
