The project of transferring oil from Torghondy Port to Bershna Sherkat Kandahar Reservoir

Herat Oil and Gas Directorate invites all qualified applicants to participate in the bidding processes of the project of transferring 1793 tons of diesel oil from Torghondy port to Bershna Sherkat Kandahar Reservoir under framing contract with TIN number AOGC/NCB/HRT/1404/NCS-004; a contract or condition form can be obtained in hard copy from the procurement management of Herat state-owned Oil and Gas Directorate within official hours.

According to the terms and conditions of the contract and law and procurement procedures, individuals and companies can submit their closed offers on Saturday, 19/04/2025, to the procurement management of Herat Oil and Gas Directorate located behind 56 Central Oil Pump Station.

It is pertinent to mention that the offers opening session will be held at 10:00 am in Herat Oil and Gas Directorate. Also, untimely and online offers are not acceptable or considered.
