The Herat Regional Directorate of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation hereby invites all qualified bidders to participate in the project for the transportation of Request for the Transfer of 1,000 to 1,200 Tons of Diesel Fuel, under a Framework Agreement contract, with Reference/Identification No.

Interested bidders are requested to obtain the relevant project documents from the official social media pages or directly from the Procurement and Contracts Management Department of the Herat Regional Directorate of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, and submit their offers in accordance with the specified requirements and procedures.
