Auction Announcement for Leasing State-Owned Fuel Pol Matak in Parwan Province!

Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, under the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies, intends to lease out its property, namely State-Owned Oil Tank Pul-e-Matak ,Parwan Province, through a formal lease agreement.

Individuals, entities, and companies interested in entering into a lease agreement for the aforementioned prop-erty may obtain the Tender Bidding Documents upon submission of a formal application, for a fee of AFN 1,000 (One Thousand Afghanis), from either the Parwan Provincial Oil and Gas Directorate or the Deputy Di-rectorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of Afghanistan Oil and Gas State-Owned Compa-ny, located at Khair Khana Kot, adjacent to District 17 of Kabul Municipality, Kabul.

The bidding documents may be obtained from the date of publication of this announcement until 11 November 2026.

Interested bidders are required to submit their bids and attend the Bid Opening Session at 10:30 a.m.

on Thurs-day, 12 November 2026.

Bid guarantee shall be required in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Tender Bidding Documentsږ
