Auction Announcement for the Lease of 238.61 Square Meters of Land Behind the Corporation’s Head Office

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), under the General Directorate of State-Owned Compa-nies, hereby announces that its 238,61-square-meter land, located in the Behind the company’s head office, Kabul Province, is available for lease through a competitive bidding process.

Interested individuals, legal entities, and companies wishing to lease the above-mentioned property may submit a written application and obtain the bidding Terms from the date of publication of this announcement until 20 September 2026.

The bidding Terms may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000 from the Commer-cial Properties and License Registration Deputy Directorate of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), located at Kotel-Khair Khana, adjacent to District 17 Municipality, Kabul City.

All interested bidders are required to attend the bid opening session On Monday, 21 September 2026, at 10:30 A.M and submit submit their bids in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the provisions set out in the bidding documents.
