Auction Announcement for the Lease of 3,481 Square Meters of Land at the State-Owned Fuel Station in Khanjan District, Baghlan Province!

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), under the General Directorate of State-Owned Compa-nies, hereby announces that its 3481-square-meter State-Owned Fuel Tank Land in Khanjan District, Baghlan Province, is available for lease through a competitive bidding process.

Interested individuals, legal entities, and companies wishing to lease the above-mentioned property may submit a written application and obtain the bidding documents from the date of publication of this announcement until 23 September 2026.

The bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000 from the Baghlan Oil and Gas Office or from the Deputy Directorate of Commercial Properties and License Registra-tion of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), located at Kotal-e-Khair Khana, adjacent to Dis-trict 17 Municipality, Kabul City.

All interested bidders are required to attend the bid opening session On Thursday, On Monday, 24 September 2026, at 10:30 A.M.

and submit their bids in accordance with the requirements and conditions specified in the bidding documents.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the provisions set forth in the bidding documents.”
