Bidding Announcement for the Lease of 17 Shops in Helmand Province

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), under the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies, hereby announces Lease of 17 Shops Next to the State-Owned Fuel Tank in Helmand Province Center , is available for lease through a competitive bidding process.

Interested individuals, legal entities, and companies wishing to lease the above-mentioned property may submit a written application and obtain the bidding Terms from the date of publication of this announcement until 26 September 2026 .

The bidding Terms may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000 from the Helmand Pro vincial Oil and Gas Directorate or from the Commercial Properties and License Registration Deputy Directorate of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, located at Kotal-e Khair Khana, adjacent to District 17 Municipality, Kabul City.

All interested bidders are required to attend the bid opening session On Sunday, 27 /9/2026, at 10:30 A.M and submit submit their bids in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the provisions set out in the bidding documents.
