Interested bidders can obtain the bidding documents by submitting their official requests from the publication date of this announcement until October 27, 2026 (5 Aqrab 1405) from head office located at Khair Khana Kotal, adjacent to District 17 of Kabul City, specifically the [Directorate of Investment and Property Development, Directorate of Commercial Properties and Business Licensing], Bidders must physically submit their proposals in sealed envelopes in accordance with the terms and scheduled date specified in the bidding documents, in the presence of their authorized representative at the bid opening meeting.
