Lease Auction Announcement for One Jerib of Land at Mawlawi Sahib Storage Facility, Herat Province

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), under the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies, hereby announces that One Jerib of Mawlawi Sahib’s Reserved Land, Herat Province, is available for lease through a competitive bidding process.

Interested individuals, legal entities, and companies wishing to lease the above-mentioned property may submit a written application and obtain the bidding documents from the date of publication of this announcement until 19 September 2026.

The bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000 from the Herat Oil and Gas Office or from the Deputy Directorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), located at Kotal-e-Khair Khana, adjacent to District 17 Municipality, Kabul City.

All interested bidders are required to attend the bid opening session on Sunday, 19 September 2026, at 10:30 A.M.

and submit their bids in accordance with the requirements and conditions specified in the bidding docu-ments.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the provisions set forth in the bidding documents.
