D-03-2679 Located Kart E Amin Herat City; with amount of (10,391,810.00) Afghani (Ten Million Three Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Eight hundred ten Afghani only).

Bidder who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 5 Working days to the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), Procurement Department from the date of announcement.

This notification does not constitute award of contract.

The contract shall not be award until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual
