The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC) is intends to award the contract: Construction of a Prefabricated Liquefied Gas Facility with a Capacity of 115 Cubic Meters including a SIKO Cylinder Filling System with 6 Scales for Simultaneous Filling in Ghazni Province of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, under Reference No.

AOGC/NCB/1405/W- 2 6 , with M/S Mayar Wadan Construction & Road Building Company, having license No.

90341 Located 5 th district Khushal Khan, Kabul City; with amount of (4, 325 ,000.00) Afghani (Four Million Three Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Afghani only).

Bidder who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 5 Working days to the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), Procurement Department from the date of announcement.

This notification does not constitute award of contract.

The contract shall not be award until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
