Procurement Announcement for Winter Supplies Required by the Kabul Oil and Gas Directorate Personnel!

Afghanistan Oil and Corporation, Kabul Directorate, hereby invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the Request for Quotation for the Bai u Salam contract concerning the supply and procurement of winter clothing for the personnel of the Kabul Directorate of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, under a lump sum contract, bearing Reference No.

AOGC/PR/RFQ/1405/21 .

Bidders are requested to obtain the hard copies of the Request for Quotation documents from the Procurement Management Department of the Kabul Provincial Directorate of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation during official working hours.

Respected bidders are required to complete their quotations in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Request for Quotation documents for the Bai u Salam, a lump sum contract and bring their quotations to the Procurement Management Department of the Kabul Directorate of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, located in District 17, Khair Khana Sare e Kotal Road, Kabul, on the designated bid opening date.

Late and electronically submitted quotations shall not be accepted.

The bid opening session will be held on Tuesday, 15/05/1448 AH , corresponding to 05/08/1405 Solar Hijri , at 10:00 AM , at the Kabul Directorate of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation.
