Procurement Notice for Goods Required by the Herat Regional Directorate at Torghundi Port!

The Herat Regional Directorate of Oil and Gas, under the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation and operating under the General Directorate of State Corporations, invites all eligible bidders to participate in the procurement process for the Procurement of Goods Required for Torghundi Port , under Solicitation No.

AOGC/PR/REO/1405/(0326) .

Interested bidders may obtain the Request for Quotation (RFQ) in soft copy through the Corporation’s official social media pages or in hard copy from the Procurement Management Department of the Herat Regional Directorate of Oil and Gas during official working hours.

Bidders are requested to prepare their quotations in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the RFQ and the applicable Procurement Law and Procedure.

Sealed quotations must be submitted to the Procurement Management Department, Administrative Building of the Herat Regional Directorate of Oil and Gas, located behind Fuel Station No.

56 in the city center, at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 10/05/1448 AH , during the bid opening session.
