Project for the Drilling of One Deep Water Well at the 460-Ton LPG Facility in Ghor Province.

The Herat Provincial State Oil and Gas Corporation hereby invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the project for (drilling one deep-water well at the 460-ton LPG facility in Ghor Province), bearing Identification No.

(AOGC/NCB/1405/0035) .

Bidders may obtain the bidding documents in hard copy from the Procurement Department of the Herat Provincial State Oil and Gas Corporation during official working hours.

Bidders shall submit their bids, in sealed envelopes and in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the bidding documents and pursuant to the Procurement Law and Procedures, within 25 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Procurement Department of the Herat Provincial State Oil and Gas Corporation , located at District 6, behind the State Fuel Station 56 Markaz, Herat .

Late and electronically submitted bids shall not be accepted.

The amount of the bank guarantee shall be 6% , and the bid opening session shall be held at 10:30 a.m.

on the date specified in the bidding documents, at the administrative building of the Herat Oil and Gas Directorate.

Note: An amount of AFN 1,000 shall be charged from applicants for the bidding documents.
