Re-Announcement of Bidding (Auction) for the Lease of the Government Fuel Station in Lal wa Sarjangal District, Ghor Province

“Mr.

Mahboobullah, son of Noor Mohammad, intends to lease the dilapidated State-Owned Fuel Station located in Lal wa Sarjangal District, Ghor Province, which is the property of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas State-Owned Company, at a monthly rental rate of AFN 4,583.

Individuals, entities, and companies interested in participating in the auction may obtain the Bidding (Auction) Terms and Conditions for the aforementioned fuel station by submitting an application from the date of publication of this announcement until 6 September 2026 , upon payment of AFN 1,000.

The bidding documents may be obtained from either the Ghor Provincial Oil and Gas Office or the Deputy Directorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas State-Owned Company, located at Khair Khana Kotl, adjacent to District 17 of Kabul Municipality.

Interested bidders are required to obtain the bidding documents, review and comply with the stipulated terms and conditions, and appear on the specified date for participation in the bid-opening session.

A bid guarantee shall be required in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bidding documents.”
