Re-Announcement of the Auction for Leasing 2,025 Square Meters of Land (Part Four) in the Shorandam Area, Kandahar Province!

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), under the General Directorate of State-Owned Corporations, hereby announces that it intends to lease, through a formal lease agreement, 2025 -square-meter land(fourth part) Shorandam Area, Kandahar Province.

Individuals, entities, and companies interested in leasing the aforementioned property may obtain the bidding docu-ments by submitting an application from the date of publication of this announcement until 8 November 2026, upon payment of AFN 1,000.

The bidding documents may be obtained from either the Kandahar Provincial Oil and Gas Office or the Deputy Di-rectorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of the State-Owned Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, located at Kot-e-Khair Khana, adjacent to District 17 of Kabul Municipality.

Interested bidders shall submit their bids and attend the bid opening session at 2:00 p.m.

on Monday, November 9, 2026, for participation in the opening of the submitted bids.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the bidding documents.
