Re-Announcement of the Bidding (Auction) for Leasing the State-Owned Fuel Station in Tulak District, Ghor Province

“Mr.

Mahboobullah, son of Khalifa Noor Mohammad, intends to lease the dilapidated State-Owned Fuel Station located in Tulak District, Ghor Province, which is the property of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas State-Owned Company, at a monthly rental rate of AFN 2,083.3.

Individuals, entities, and companies interested in participating in the auction may obtain the Bidding (Auction) Terms and Conditions for the aforementioned fuel station by submitting an application from the date of publi-cation of this announcement until 1 October 2026 , upon payment of AFN 1,000.

The bidding documents may be obtained from either the Ghor Provincial Oil and Gas Office or the Deputy Directorate of Commercial Prop-erties and License Registration of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas State-Owned Company, located at Khair Khana Kotl, adjacent to District 17 of Kabul Municipality, Kabul City.

All interested bidders are required to attend the bid opening session On Saturday, On Thursday, 3/10/2026,at 10:30 A.M.

and submit their bids in accordance with the requirements and conditions specified in the bidding documents.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the provisions set forth in the bidding documents.
