Re-Announcement of the Bidding for the Lease of 2,150 Square Meters of Land Behind Madina Market

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), under the General Directorate of State-Owned Compa-nies, hereby announces that its 238.61-square-meter land, located behind Madina Market, at the corner of the Ring Road, Khair Khana Pass–Qambar Square., Kabul Province, is available for lease through a competitive bid-ding process.

Interested individuals, legal entities, and companies wishing to lease the above-mentioned property may submit a written application and obtain the bidding Terms from the date of publication of this announcement until 12 September 2026.

The bidding Terms may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000 from the Commer-cial Properties and License Registration Deputy Directorate of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), located at Kotel-Khair Khana, adjacent to District 17 Municipality, Kabul City.

All interested bidders are required to attend the bid opening session On Sunday, 22/6/1405, at 10:30 A.M and submit submit their bids in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the provisions set out in the bidding documents.
