Re-Announcement of the Tender for Leasing (Auction) of 5,406 Square Meters of Land in the Sorkhan Area, Qarghayi District, Laghman Province

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), under the General Directorate of State-Owned Compa-nies, hereby announces that its 5,406-square-meter plot of land, located in the Surkhkan Area, Qarghayi District, Laghman Province, is available for lease through a competitive bidding process.

Interested individuals, legal entities, and companies wishing to lease the above-mentioned property may submit a written application and obtain the bidding documents from the date of publication of this announcement until 5 Sebtember 2026.

The bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000 from either of the Oil and Gas Directorate of Laghman Province; or the Commercial Properties and License Registration Deputy Directorate of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), located at Kotel-Khair Khana, adja-cent to District 17 Municipality, Kabul City.

All interested bidders are required to attend the bid opening session On Sunday, 15/6/1405, at 10:30 A.M and submit their bids in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents.

The bid security shall be required in accordance with the bidding documents.
