Re-Announcement of the Tender for Leasing (Auction) of the State-Owned Fuel Station in Tala wa Barfak District, Baghlan Province

“Mr.

Sher Agha, son of Rahim Khuda, intends to lease the State-Owned Fuel Station located in Tala wa Barfak District, Baghlan Province, which is the property of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, at a monthly rent of AFN 48,000 (Forty-Eight Thousand Afghanis).

Individuals, persons, and companies interested in participating in the auction may obtain the Bidding (Auction) terms by submitting an application and paying a fee of AFN 1,000 (One Thousand Afghanis) from the Baghlan Provincial Oil and Gas Directorate or from the Commercial Properties and License Registration Deputy Directorate of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, located at Kotal-e Khair Khana, adjacent to District 17 Municipality, Kabul City.

Interested bidders are required to obtain the bidding (auction)terms and submit their proposals by 10:30 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2026, in order to participate in the Proposal Opening Session.

A bid security/guarantee shall be required in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents.
