Re-Announcement of the Tender for Leasing One Jerib, Three Biswas and Nineteen Biswasa of Land in the Chaknawri Area, Jalalabad City, Nangarhar Province

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), under the General Directorate of State-Owned Corpora-tions, hereby announces that it intends to lease, through a formal lease agreement, a plot of land measuring one Jerib, three Biswas, and nineteen Biswasas, owned by the Corporation and located in Chakanori area of Jala-labad City, Nangarhar Province.

Individuals, entities, and companies interested in leasing the aforementioned property may obtain the bidding documents by submitting an application from the date of publication of this announcement until October 12, 2026,, upon payment of AFN 1,000.

The bidding documents may be obtained from either the Nangarhar Provincial Oil and Gas Office or the Depu-ty Directorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of the State-Owned Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, located at Kot-e-Khair Khana, adjacent to District 17 of Kabul Municipality.

Interested bidders shall submit their bids and attend the bid opening session at 10:30 a.m.

on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, for participation in the opening of the submitted bids.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the bidding docu-ments.
