Re-Announcement of the Tender for Leasing the Shahr e Jadid State Fuel Station in Baghlan Province

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC), operating under the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies, hereby announces the lease of its fuel tank located in Shahr-e Jadid, Baghlan Province through a competitive bidding process.

Interested individuals, legal entities, and companies wishing to lease the above-mentioned fuel tank are in-vited to submit their applications.

Bidding documents (Tender Documents) may be obtained from the Oil and Gas Office of Baghlan Province or from the Deputy Directorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of the Afghanistan State Oil and Gas Company, located at Khair Khana Pass, adjacent to District 17 Municipality, Kabul City, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000.

The bidding documents will be available from the date of publication of this announcement until 26 August 2026, corresponding to 4/06/1405 (Solar Hijri).

Applicants are requested to obtain the bidding documents and appear on the scheduled date to participate in the bid opening session.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the provisions of the bidding documents.
