Re-Announcement of the Tender for Leasing the State-Owned Fuel Station in Tala wa Barfak District, Baghlan Province

Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, under the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies, intends to lease out its property, hereby announces the lease of its fuel tank located in Tala wa Barfak District, Baghlan Province, through a formal lease agreement.

Individuals, entities, and companies interested in entering into a lease agreement for the aforementioned prop-erty may obtain the Tender Bidding Documents upon submission of a formal application, for a fee of AFN 1,000 (One Thousand Afghanis), from either the Baghlan Provincial Oil and Gas Directorate or the Deputy Di-rectorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of Afghanistan Oil and Gas State-Owned Compa-ny, located at Khair Khana Kot, adjacent to District 17 of Kabul Municipality, Kabul.

The bidding documents may be obtained from the date of publication of this announcement until 8 October 2026.

Interested bidders are required to submit their bids and attend the Bid Opening Session at 10:30 a.m.

on Satur-day, 10 October 2026.

Bid guarantee shall be required in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Tender Bidding Documents.
