Re-Announcement of the Tender for Leasing the Three-Storey Building Adjacent to State-Owned Oil Tank No. 56 in Herat

The Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation (AOGC) , under the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies , hereby announces that its Three-floor building , located adjacent to Emirati Fuel Tank No.

56 in Herat Province , is available for lease through a competitive bidding process.

Individuals, legal entities, and companies interested in leasing the above-mentioned property may obtain the bidding documents upon submission of a written application.

The bidding documents are available from the Herat Oil and Gas Office or from the Deputy Directorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, located at Sare Kotal Khair Khana, adjacent to Kabul Municipality District 17 , upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000 .

Applications will be accepted from the date of publication of this announcement until 16 August 2026 .

Interested applicants are required to submit their bids and attend the bid opening session on the scheduled date and time in accordance with the bidding documents.

A bid security shall be required in accordance with the provisions of the bidding documents.
