Tender Announcement for the Lease of State-Owned Fuel Station No. 58 in Torghundi, Herat Province

Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation, under the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies, intends to lease out its property, namely State-Owned Oil Tank 58, Torghundi, Herat Province, through a formal lease agreement.

Individuals, entities, and companies interested in entering into a lease agreement for the aforementioned prop-erty may obtain the Tender Bidding Documents upon submission of a formal application, for a fee of AFN 1,000 (One Thousand Afghanis), from the Herat Oil and Gas Office or the Deputy Directorate of Commercial Properties and License Registration of Afghanistan Oil and Gas State-Owned Company, located at Khair Khana Kot, adjacent to District 17 of Kabul Municipality, Kabul.

The bidding documents may be obtained from the date of publication of this announcement until 24 October 2026.

Interested bidders are required to submit their bids and attend the Bid Opening Session at 10:30 a.m.

on Sun-day, 25 October 2026.

Bid guarantee shall be required in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Tender Bidding Documents.
