The Herat Regional Directorate of Afghanistan Oil and Gas State Company hereby invites all qualified bidders to participate in the project for the transportation of 1,410 metric tons of diesel fuel and 192 metric tons of petrol from Mawlawi Sahib Storage Facility to the Helmand Province, under a piece-rate contract, with Reference/Identification No.

Interested bidders are requested to obtain the relevant project documents from the official social media pages or directly from the Procurement and Contracts Management Department of the Herat Regional Directorate of Afghanistan Oil and Gas State Company, and submit their offers in accordance with the specified requirements and procedures.
