Referral of the Matter: Upon receipt, the matter is referred to the Technical and Operations Directorate for review and follow-up. Appointment of the Technical Team: The Technical and Operations Directorate refers the matter to the Fuel Tanks Management Department, which appoints a technical team comprising qualified mechanics and relevant professional staff. On-Site Assessment: The assigned team visits the site and conducts an on-site assessment of the technical condition of the fuel tank, fuel dispensers, equipment, machinery, and related systems. Diagnosis of the Problem: The type and cause of the problem, the condition of the equipment, and the need for repairs, spare parts, or specialized equipment are identified. Resolution of the Problem: If the problem is minor and does not require major repairs or specialized equipment, the technical team resolves it on-site to the extent possible and restores the system to operation. Recommendation of Required Measures: If spare parts, specialized equipment, or major repairs are required, the necessary requirements and technical recommendations are documented in the report for further action. Preparation of the Technical Report: Following the assessment, the technical team prepares a report covering the findings, type and cause of the problem, actions taken, and necessary recommendations. Submission and Registration of the Report: The final report is submitted to the Corporation’s management, and a copy is shared with the requesting entity to ensure that the actions taken are formally recorded and followed up.
